Overall it was a nice size and well furnished with a fantastic seaview. The location for Dawlish was perfect and magnificent, next to the sea and the countryside, and the town centre. Also, Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve was 3 km away from the hotel.

Had exceptional stay for my birthday weekend. Easy walk to the train station, the location was lovely and perfectly comfortable, on a hill. Also, it was close to Dawlish Lawn. Truly enjoyed my well decorated and airy room with huge windows and homemade cookies plus superb views.

Thank you everyone for a very special stay for my birthday weekend. The room was well furnished and good sized and the bathroom was luxurious, I greatly enjoyed it. That hotel was in a lovely location, by the sea. What's more, a small museum was situated just 1 km away. I would recommend the place.

Everything was excellent, the wifi was good. I thoroughly enjoyed the reasonably spacious room and the staff were great. The breakfast was awesome with former chef who and the restaurant food was brilliant. The hotel was set in a central area very close to town centre and railway line.
